But we are 'personal transformation specialists'. Our goal is to help you get uncomfortable so that you can have some 'ahas' about changes you can make to level up in your 'regular' life.

(And it goes without saying that you must be in good physical condition to join us on this adventure!)

About Your Hosts
Greg & Rachel Denning are homeschooling parents of seven children. For the past 13 years, they have traveled with their family to 37+ countries on 5 continents.

Greg is a Certified High-Performance Coach and has been speaking and coaching for 20+ years. He is also a teen mentor.

Rachel is a trip-planning and marketing master.
